Plan the disconnect. Leave the carry to us.
Large appliances can be heavy and awkward around doorways, stairs, and finished floors. We discuss the route and crew needs before pickup. Appliances should be empty and disconnected before removal. Arrange any gas, plumbing, or electrical disconnect with a qualified provider; appliance removal does not include those trade services.

Getting your estimate ready
- Send a photo and approximate dimensions of each appliance.
- Tell us if it is in a basement, upstairs, a garage, or a kitchen.
- Empty the appliance and arrange safe disconnection before the appointment.
- Show doorways, stairs, and the route to the parking area; mention any leaks or unusual condition.
